Basic Web Site Template Modification and Script Installs

I'm looking for someone to build a working relationship with to do modifications of existing html templates and other small technical tasks such as server script installs and file uploads, on an ongoing basis. Someone who I can send a zip file including the web pages and graphics,...have them add in tokens, scripts, code, etc...format in a clean design and return within 24 hours. Anticipate 4-5 modification jobs/week to start. Individual should be proficient in areas such as html, php, asp, java script, css, xml, etc. I'm open to bids and to negotiate a mutually acceptable payment structure....either per project, hourly, etc. Individual must be responsive to communication and communicate well in English. ## Deliverables - ## Platform -
