Auto Extend Auction Program

I'm working for a company that does high-volume sales and has huge dynamic stock. We normally list them on eBay and we want to save on listing and relisting these items. We are looking for a quick turn-around in listing these items on eBay and we are looking for a stand-alone program that can auto-extend these items from 3 days -> 5days -> 7days -> 10 days as long as there are no bids on the item and we should be able to set the kickoff time but it can't be any shorter than 13 hours before the auction ends. The program will also let the user choose which items they want to include in the auto extend feature and the extention time period should be selectible. The program will also support multiple seller ID's on eBay. This program would work in much the same way as most Sniping programs does in my mind. You should be able to set this auto-extend feature when you create the auction listing or have the program download the auction items from your listings on eBay much like you do on SNIPE. By doing this we can have short-term auctions running and have them all auto-extend without incurring relisting fees or 10 day fees. This can result in quicker turn-around because many people buy from auctions closing soon. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 98, 2000, XP
