Audio Recording Java Applet

I need a Java Applet that allows a user to record up to an hour of audio through their browser and then submit it along with other fields in an HTML form.? ## Deliverables Requirements: 1. Please use standard user interface elements - something like Swing 2. The size should be no bigger than 500 pixels wide, 200 pixels tall 3. The layout of the interface elements should be intuitive and easy to use 4. If no suitable microphone is present, warn the user 5. While recording, it should show the audio levels so that the user can judge how loud they are talking. 6. When the user is done recording, he should be able to stop the recording and then listen back to what he recorded. ? 7. There should be a playhead that they can scrub back and forth.? 8. The audio file will be named based on the users ID on my site, so the applet should be able to read this information in from the HTML embed tag to generate the filename. 9. The audio file should be submitted with the HTML form as multipart/form-data 10. I would like to have clear instructions on how to install/sign the applet.
