Ajax star rating system for web site

I need a star rating system for existing site. The system needs to be a able to run in html pages so no include files. I would perfer asp code and embeded into pages using java or something like that. I am not sure what is the best way to ass it to every page it just needs to be able to be embeded in to html pages. I really like Chris Hardy's free version. I need all the features his fre one has. However, his will not embed into html it uses include files and thats not possible in html. I have provided a link below to the free version i really like. I also need the application to know what property its rating. This is for a cabin rental website. The property information is stored in access. The star rating system needs to know the property its looking at and not the url becuase the url could be different for every property dependong up the query string that the application has generarted based on search.
