I need someone to do some data entry work on a regular basis. This work will take about 5-8 hours a week, so please give a quotation 30 hours a month. The work would need to be spread over three days each week. The job involves: 1. Simple update of web pages ??" data entry. 2. Entering text, categories, etc into blogs 3. Organising data in files and entering data into various programs. 4. Link exchange work ??" this involves simple html. 5. Some knowledge of html, etc would be helpful but is not the main job. 6. Maintaining records and updating them, and sending reports to me regularly. Not all of these jobs would be needed each week, and I do not guarantee the number of hours a month, but it would normally be 20-30 hours. This also depends on your ability and reliability. Please do not apply if you are a programmer who just wants work to fill in between contracts for a month or so, as this is not your type of work. I need someone who is committed to providing the service for some time in the future - years rather than months. This work involves confidential data, so the successful bidder would need to submit a confidentiality agreement before starting work. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
You need Excel, Word or Open Office, Windows XP, and otherwise the work involves working at browser interface. Some html is needed, and some php would be an advantage but not important - please do not apply if php coding is your main business. Firefox is my preferred browser, bit IE is OK, of course.
