ASP, field importing, forms

Looking for a HTML Javascript PRG, or someone who can perform the following actions outlined below. I know some HTML, but not that much. Here is my challenge: When a person chooses a folder product i.e. the $ symbol tab below a folder illustration, there is a link there that takes them to the REQUEST A QUOTE order form ASP file. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] When a prospect requests a quote for a particular folder that they like, it brings them to a blank REQUEST A QUOTE form that they need to fill out with many options. They often always forget to type in the appropriate DIE NUMBER in the DIE NUMBER field from the page they were just on, when they click through the REQUEST A QUOTE form using ASP file. I would like to import the DIE NUMBER of the page or link they click through, to the DIE NUMBER field on the order ASP form. Making 168 order forms is out of the question. I do not mind implementing code, that would be created by you to customize each folder product area, if that is what needs to be done. I would like someone to write a script, or supply code that I can use that would enable me to do the above mentioned. We also would NOT like to do a DROP DOWN MENU on the ASP page, as there would be too many die numbers to list, and someone would be completely perplexed as to which one to choose. A shopping cart could be an option, but as these web pages are already built, I would like to avoid building a whole new cart just for this. Or maybe you have another option. So what do you say? Is this something you can help with? I also need database [MS Access] hooks to import data from emails. I have other projects upcoming that I would need help with. I would like to establish a long term relationship and maybe this relationship could lead to exchanging my design services for your projects where you need a professional and web savvy designer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTMl, Javascript, browser independent, etc.
