COMPANY PROFILE/WHITE PAPERS/POWER POINT PRESENTATION

We are a start up consulting firm. We need a brochure detailing our services, who we are, what we do etc. You will get a word document detailing the products we intend to develop, services we offer, and any other related materials. DELIVERABLES: ---------------- 1. You need to come up with a web site content for each of these catogories. a. Company (Max 2 pages of word document) , b. Products (Max 2 pages, could be just 1 page) C. Services ( 3 pages) D. Partners & Technology (2 pages maximum) Approximately 10 pages 2. Provide white papers on the Services & products (will be just a repeat of request one with more contents) 6 pages maximum. 3. Create a professional power point presentations for Services and products separately. (I would say 15 slides maximum) again content will be derived from 1 and 2. 4. Company Profile listing out products. services, partners/technology. Need to come up with a PDF document or any other form of profiles that can be sent out to the customers. This should have graphics, pictures etc. (just a repeat of 1 and 2) will reuse a lot of stuff from 1 & 2 . Except this will be printed as a brochure template. 5. A catchy slogan that goes with the company name. one line slogan. (like Intel Inside etc.) Creativity, Superior language skills and written skills are necessary. I will just provide necessary information in word documents and you should be able to create the deliverables using that. PLEASE PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF YOUR PRIOR WORK. Please keep in mind revisions may be necessary till the final products are accepted. I would like to get the web site content done in 3 days. Rest of the stuff in next 5 days. IT IS MANDATORY THAT YOU MEET THE DEADLINE for the web site content deliverable. PLEASE DON'T REPLY WITHOUT A QUOTE. GOOD LUCK! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) SLOGAN , WHITE PAPERS, WEB SITE CONTENT AND ALL THE DELIVERABLES ARE CONSIDERED AS BUYER'S PROPERTY. CODER/SELLER HAS NO RIGHT WHATSOEVER. SELLER/CODER SHOULD CONTACT THE BUYER IN WRITING AND GET WRITTEN PERMISSION TO USE/QUOTE ANY OF THE WORK RELATED TO THIS PROJECT.
