Create Professional, trendy Startpage (good PHP knowledge)

Hi Community I changed recently my Webshop from Joomla 1.5 to Gambio GX2. Most of you do not know this software, but this is not the point. See my Page: www.ritualshop.ch. Now, since I realized my shop, I would like to improve design and kick out some little mistakes at the backend, for this I need someone who is in common with PHP, Editing, etc. 1) Newsletter field in the Footer I would like to have a newsletter field in the fotter as you can see attached. The attachement is from a different store, but realized with Gambio as well. A newsletter System is of course available in gambio and installed. This is not very important - point 1+2 are more important 2) Tabs on the Index File or something similar I would like to have some tabs. Also for this I have an example attached how it could look like. Please see competitors website: www.esoterikbedarf.ch. The tabs are connected with contents (bestseller, discounts, etc). It does not to be exactly like that, but close to it. 3) On the startpage I would like to have a kind of POP-up (see competitor website: [login to view URL]). it appears when you load the page, but you can close it manually or when you click to the next buttom. Please read through my needs and bid only when you can realize it within a short period of time. Most of them are not difficult. regards
