Combine 2 CSS Scripts + Add Some PHP functions

I want to combine a plain CSS tabs script with a CSS menu. it should look and work like the CSS tabs included do with the addition of the dropdown menus and and the extra tabs (terms and contact). All (I think) is described in the instructions using the "menu" folder to integrate it to work with the "tab" content files. FORGOT: I forgot to mention that the ads should be shown category wise meaning if selecting any subcategory from "Menu1" it should show the same ads for all subcats here. Please write "tabs,menu instrcutions read" in the beginning of the response bid so I can avoid spams. If it does not start with this I will delete your bid directly thanks.
