C# - C++ & PHP\MYSQL - App

This small project involves creating an executable that does certain operations and then connects to a remote php script which then connects to MySQL databases and store client info. Briefly what the application does: C # or C + + Requirement checking MD5 checksum compare Download \ Replace of file mysql database ( remote ) connect to php script ( remote ) encrypt execution & obfuscation of code Must not be seen as virus by any antivirus. More info in private message. The project is low budget, but if successfully completed can guarantee more jobs in the future with large budgets.
