convert complex c++ code to vb6

I need an accurate vb6 program to calculate sunrise and sunset. The most accurate code according to my findings is the following link which is written in c++. I need it converted into vb6 in a way for me to access it in my code. Due to the nature of the code and mathmatical calculations, I prefer someone with experience in astromical calculations who can reassure me that this code is the way to go.
