adding text message to smtp emails

we require a util that is installed on all win platforms that does the following. When an html email is sent using smtp from any smtp client, the util should add a simple text message to the bottom of the email (auto signature ). The text message needs to be configurable from the util. When the email is sent, the util needs to hook into windows and modify the contents off the email to add the message. This process needs to be independant of the email client that is being used and should work with all email clients. The util needs to run from the system tray and have the option to change the message when necessary. util should be written in a language that provides a very small executable for installation ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
