C++ Rational. h class

I have written a driver program that will do rational numbers. I have to write a rational.h header which i've never done before. I have little experience with writing header files since we always use the c++ libraries that are already installed in VC 6.0. I need this by 2/23 before midnight at the latest. Thanks guys, I will include the zip file that has my driver program to whomever accepts this. I will pay promptly once it is accepted and emailed in working condition to me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Runs on Windows XP Compiles and runs in VC 6.0 Professional
