C++ Project - Reading a web page and some functions with timers

(It means stop this timer after 16000 (2000+(7*2000)) seconds. Remember: op 6 1500^[login to view URL] This param is using to run "[login to view URL] [login to view URL] -new" in every 1500 minutes but totally 6 times. (It means stop this timer after 10500 (1500+(6*1500)) seconds. **SP:** It will set the start page of browser (IE/FF/CH). **WP:** It will set URL prefixes for WWW and default, entered by users. Registry keys of prefixes are: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\URL\Prefixes www="" HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\URL\DefaultPrefix "" **5-) Final notes** Please don't forget "-new" parameter for command to open iexplore. Don't even ask for Admin Privileges on start for Vista and 7. Only ask for UAC when running SP or WP tasks. Ask it only one time if these two commands are given both. It must be a single executable.? It must work silently. I don't want any UI or task icon. If doable, hide it from task manager. We will test it on virustotal.com. I won't accept the project if we don't get a clean result from virustotal. Please make a clean program. Thank you.
