Digital Image Processing Software

**ATTENTION:** ***Generic and Template repsonses may be ignored, so please read what is needed carefully before replying. ***For this project, I am in need of and imaging programming expert that can create a simple easy to use digital photo editing software package. GUI must also be very beautiful and easy to navigate. The main purpose of this software will be to create Thumbnails and Reduce image sizes for publishing on websites or sending pics via emails. All image formats must be handled. Including, but not limited to PNG, JPG, TIF, BMP, PSD, PCX, GIF. Software should allow user to rotate, Batch Resize, Stamp Text or convert from one image format to another. If image user is processing to be used for publishing on website, they should have option to create a Thumbnail and a larger version of size they select. ALL images should be smooth and not lose thier aspect or quailty. File size of image should be greatly reduced if coming from Digitial Camera. If you are new to RAC or have no rating, you are welcome to bid. But know that I will ask for Demo or Screenshots of your previous works. Successful completion of this project will lead to more work of similar nature as I'm always looking for long term relationships with coders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98SE, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Professional
