Develop ActiveQT Sample Event Handler

I need to develop a sample QT Application that handles MS-COM Events using ActiveQT. This project involves:

•2 Applications should be developed, a data generator, written in VC++, and an event handler, written using the QT Framework

•The data generator generates 5 random numbers, and provides updates to the QT app using MS-COM Events

•The event handler handles COM Events using ActiveQT

•Both applications must synchronize using MS-COM events ONLY

•Please comment how calls and callbacks are handled in both applications

I will provide a brief, detailed specification, as well as some sample VC++ code for what I am trying to achieve.
