Delphi component for email protocols interception like in antiviruses

**Main goal is to have component/component set which will allow intercepting any email like antivirus does. It should be done via TCP protocol interception so there will be no need for outlook plug-ins/local SMTP server/etc.** **Should be implemented in 2 layers of interception, first layer ??" any protocol every byte received should be able from my program to be intercepted/transformed/denied in both directions. Next layer above that first TCP interceptor should be higher abstraction layer for email protocols detection/interception.** **Primary functionality required is ability to transform messages, split them into multiple messages and send them further or deny sending.** **SMTP is a primary protocol needs to be supported but after that possible implementation for IMAPI, exchange, HTTP, etc. Source code for components should be in Delphi only. DDLs for API hooks/etc can be done in Delphi/Visual C++/C++Builder. Look at attached file, there should be basic outlook for component classes required. ** **Coder requirements: No weekend-only coders. I need to see daily updates and have access to communication as need to make sure that the project runs smooth. If you have questions, ask. Not communicating on the requested daily basis will be grounds to terminate the assignment and reassign. (only bid on this project if you will work on it full time until it is done) ** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
