Delphi or C++ USB Autorun mini app: Simple to use internet,messenger,chat blocking..(repost)

Simple to use internet blocking mini app:

- ? ? ? ? For windows xp,vista and windows 7….

Most run in al windows pcs’s.. (if can be done for mac using QT ? that would be a plus but not required) (Win64 also a plus but not necessarily required)

- ? ? ? ? Can be run from USB. ?

If user enters the usb or cd-rom, the pc will have access to the internet if not pc will not connect to the internet. This includes (http, https,ftp,mail,chat,mysql ) not really a firewall but yes block all 127.0.0.1 inbound /outbound)

- Auto install if not installed:

When USB inserted check if user is admin, and if application has been installed, if is admin and app is not installed, installs shows simple installation form and user agreement then install itself on windows directory and create a registry key for auto run on startup for all users.

A windows service is preferred so can run as admin and block ports

- Simple admin form:?

A lithe admin form so admin user can play with rules for example allowing http, but not msn or chat
