Custom Web Browser

I need a high-security web-browser to act as a client for a web-based service. To meet my distribution requirements, this should *not* be based on IE or Mozilla. The browser must support HTTP and SSL connections, and javascript. ActiveX control support is not required. For security reasons it must encrypt any web content that is written to disk (e.g. cookies, web text, images, javascript file, etc) including filenames of the cached files. It should have a built-in pop-up blocker that remembers settings per-site. For deployment management, I need the browser check in with a master server at start-up and check for new versions, or new settings (e.g. a new home-page). This should be a simple effort for someone with access to the right codebase who knows what they are doing. It's basically just a web browser with an encrypted cache. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done, including the setup program. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 98 and above.
