Convert project from VS2003 to VS2005

This project was made with VS2003, please get this to compile on VS2005 (we are having a problem compiling [login to view URL] [login to view URL]). This is a "bug fixing/quality testing" job. There are also a few issues we need fixed. We think that issues 2-4 are related and that fixing one will fix them all. 1. After using a proxy and then closing the hooking tool, we are not able to delete [login to view URL] (even after rebooting). It seems that it is still being used by some program. If the hooking tool crashes without unhooking this .dll, this problem might happen. 2. If you run the hook tool and set a proxy and port, browse websites in FireFox, then stop and start the hook a few times, you will get a "cannot find server" error no marrter which website you visit, even if you try to set hook a new IP again. 3. Open the hook tool and start the hook. Open IE and then stop the hook. Go to [[login to view URL]][1] in IE. Start the hook again with IE still open. In IE, refresh many times. Wait a few seconds and click any link on that site, and it should say "Cannot find server". Type in any URL in the address bar, and it gives the same error. 4. Open the hook tool. Open FireFox and go to [[login to view URL]][1]. Start the hook with FireFox still open. Refresh once (the proxy IP should come up). Then stop the hook and refresh the same FireFox window. The real IP should come up. Then start the hook and refresh FireFox. An error should come up "Cannot find server". Please let me know if you have any questions.
