Convert PIC16 C code to Rabbit RCM3000 Dynamic C

The objective is to convert the J1939 C code as provide by Microchip for the PIC16 to the Rabbit RCM3000 in Dynamic C. This C code was written by Microchip to ease the implementation of the J1939 CAN protocol on a PIC16 interfaced to a MCP2515. See attached files for details, Source Code and reference documents. J1939 is a CAN protocol developed for the automotive industry. Ports C, and D will be used to interface to the MCP2515 CAN Controller via SPI. No functionality will be lost in the conversion and Interrupt processing will be initiated via interrupt pins on the RCM3700 and the MCP2515 (INT Pin 12). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. A basic electrical schematic will be done showing the interface pins between the RCM3000 Ports C, and D, to each of the three MCP2515s. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
