Complete rework of PHP/mySQL site & c++ programming

I need the website to generate professional looking invoices I need the website to be fast, efficient and user friendly. I want a simple, clean, nice looking interface I want the whole thing redone from the beginning, in english, well written, well commented code. Every type of communication with the website needs to be via SSL You will not have access to my server. You will need to develop this on your own server and I will test from there. I will provide you with a copy of the website and the database however I want both completely redone I will not accept a patched together version of the old site, db, etc. I need the database indexed, properly named fields and tables The whole thing must be secure. If I can get to it from the outside without a username and password I won't accept it. Only thing you can use from the current site is the logo and the color of the logo. See attachment for further details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
