CAD TO VECTOR CONVERTER UTILITY

This application is a conversion utility that will import? one or several? 3DS cad files and convert? them to a multiple point and multi frame vector file animation. I have some code that I can provide along with a brief document to outline the requirements of the software. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
