Backdoor Client URGENT!!!!

hi, I need an application developed in VC. The base system is ready, i need some functionalities added to it. I am looking to add sniffing (hidden) ability and have that sent back to the server this is for 1 person in general.. so it wont be used wide spread. Basically, i would like to get ftp user/passwords, ssh keylogging, and email user/passwords its only for 1 person... he will have the client the client sits in the system tray.. mention buboo in your bid rest all will be ignored so as it runs, it gathers info so anything into/out of those ports, just log it.. i wont just release this on the entire net..
