Apache httpd.conf module

There is a module already in devlopment that returns values from a database. These variables are the required to be merged in to apache [version 2] configuration at run time, without the need of rehashing [restarting] the server. This will enable virtual hosting but with a little more control over the configurations than most of the standard modulkes currently out there. I require a coder who knows apache2 and it's API and how the internals of apache works...
