Anti-virus software needed developing

I am starting my own anti-virus software company . I need someone to develop a script that works like AVG etc that can offer antivirus protection anti-malware. The script needs to self update and I need too have the software branded. I need the software to have a licence function where I have access to be able to activate the software and deactivate it. I need an expert programmer who can build softwares and know how others work. The main purpose of this project is so I can market my own brand of anti-virus software that will work just like avg also I need extra functions too adding to it.
