Crack-A-Track - an unusual and exciting project, which will look great on a CV for anyone specialising in music/media realms This multi-phase project will create entirely new opportunities for customers to experience and interact with music and video media files, for fun, or for specialist professional ends. It will also potentially provide a whole new way of marketing music for record companies, both mainstream and independent... please see attatched word doc for full details ## Deliverables DELIVERABLES - specifics at selection stage, but essentially we will require: 1 - Complete and fully-functional glitch-free bug free working program as detailed in the use cases to be provided, in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done 2 - A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. NOTE: All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). All deliverables must be uploaded to Rent A Coder before the deadline for this project...with no exceptions. If this contract makes it impossible for a competent person to do this, then do not start this project...but instead alert Rent A Coder of an un-arbitratable, illegal project. ## Platform Platform: Windows XP, and all other platforms compatible with WMP 10, embeddable where possible in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape (please consult on this)
