DID management system.

Our requirements are simple. We need a programmer to write a small DID CMS system to run on top of asterisk. Effectively we have a few 1000 DID's pointed at one of our linux servers. (with your script put on it.. ontop of asterisk) Then i should be able to login to a webpage (password protected) where i can change the routing of a DID. Add a DID. Uploaded a CSV of DID's. Beable to say how many channels (concurrent calls) that DID can handle. I should be able to choose how i route the DID (SIP, IAX etc) and in what format (did@ip or user:pass@ip/did etc) I should also be able to see CDR's for that DID and also be able to assigned a customer to that DID (something really simple. Only need company name, contact name, other info box. Simple database work) Summery: DID CMS system - Must work on Linux, Asterisk (this must be demonstrated and shown. Additionally programmer must install this on our system and write a document for us to explain how to install it) - Must be able to update DID's (be able to write forward string as we see fit. EG id@ip or user:pass@ip/did) - Must be able to bulk update DID's either by CSV file or webpage - Must be able to limit each did to a certain amount of channels (concurrent calls) - Must be able to choose how i forward the DID (IAX or SIP) - Must be able to make basic changes for incoming caller id. EG we might receive caller ID as 791234678. However we may need to add 44... so 447912345678 etc. - Must be able to view and export CDR for DIDX as a CSV - Must be able to assign basic customer information to did. (Customer name, Company and Other info) Only needs a basic web page. No fancy graphics (we can do this).
