Consuming secure SOAP service in PHP, including Apache configuration

I want to consume a webservice set up by dutch health authorities. This webservice is very secure, it requires certificates on both sides, and after connecting the webservice it goes back to a predefined URL on my own server.

On my side the following things have to be done:

- Configuring PHP and Apache to use SSL

- Create SOAP client

- Connect to WebService

The work has to be done on my server (Ubuntu) because this server is registered. I propose a session via Skype, where I give you my desktop, I enter the passwords, and we discuss what has to be done.

So excellent English speaking and several available hours are prerequisites.

I work also outside business hours, so to make an appointment we don't have to worry about time zone's.

Please only reply if you've done this before, i can Google myself, and this isn't solvable by Googling.

Enclosed documentation is in Dutch, I can translate if anything is unclear.
