c#.net migration to salesforce force.com sites (repost)

We need someone to convert an existing online customer checkout process, currently written in c#.net. We need it to be migrated to the salesforce [login to view URL] sites platform, utilising jQuery where needed. The current c#.net online join can be found at [login to view URL] The [login to view URL] site needs to create an account using the salesforce customer portal, allowing the user to return to the join and update details. The site currently consists of 19 screens, with 8 screens containing forms that need ti be written to a [login to view URL] account object, and the remaining screens being either static content or displaying data derived from previously entered information. We need the look and feel to be very similar to the current asp.net application. All images and style sheets will be provided. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform [login to view URL], .NET, jQuery
