custom web FTP application

_this application is relatively straight forward _***We have researched SERV-U, Rhinosoft, CUTE FTP Server PRO, and Ability FTP*** All of the applications come close to what we need, but dont fit the bill exactly **_Deliverables [all from a web browser] _**1. superadmin can create admin ftp accounts [this will all be on a dedicated server] 2. these admin accounts will contain normal ftp information along with an email address. 3. The admin accounts can then create sub accounts and sub directories, and map the sub accounts to these directories 4. the sub accounts do not need any web access to modify their account. ONLY superadmin and admins need access 5. finally when a file is uploaded it needs to email the admin to inform them a new file is there Assumptions 1. this might have to tie in to one of the tools I mentioned above, which is OK 2. you might also look at [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
