We are a software company in Austin Texas primarily CMMS software work order software look up the term in google; we currently have a access forms VB module application that ties into our main VB product database. We would like to have the VB module written in ASP.net.
1. The application would need an administrator page that register users and admin over the users.
2. The user app will need to have the same function of the program we currently have listed below to make this easy for bidding I will describe the current app.
The app is designed for Facility maintenance workers to get assigned work orders and unassigned work orders.
1. The user will be able to open a work order view the details of the work order
2. Update their time in the work order.
3. Add parts that they used to the work order this will pull from our inventory levels.
4. Fill out inspection points readings
5. Complete the Work Order
The database is SQL it is already created we just need the .net app to update predefined fields.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
