adding charting and secured payment gateway-best quote

Hi I had got an online equity research delivery platform I had developed in 1999- www.gulfinvestmart.com. The site was developed in ASP with the back-end database in MS Access by a Delhi-based IT company. We had also purchased a charting software called TChart which is an ActiveX Control middleware that generates technical analysis. Since the site was not developed further and data were not updated the TChart does not work now. I assume that the Delhi-based company which developed the software wrote a few dll files to generate the graphs and did not use the TChart. I am currently planning to make this site fully operational. This will require the followings:- 1. the TChart (whether in .NET or .PHP or in ActiveXControl form) should be fully functional, I can buy a new license; 2. we need to make the online subscription facility operational with connection to a secured payment gateway. 3. There is also a requirement for daily RSS Feed for market trading data for the main database and a daily market summary (which we are doing manually now) on the home page. 4. to secure the report pages, so that they cannot be copied and only printing can be done. Once this is completed, I want to inspire the same for the [login to view URL] site. This site is global and will have a provision to include a number of other countries.
