Design Change w/ ASP Includes

This project is for the site [login to view URL] The current site is completely static HTML. 1. We want to change all of the extensions from. HTM to .ASP 2. Remove the current design from all of the pages 3. Implement a new design using the same design used on [login to view URL] and put the design in a [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] include files so that future design changes can be made by just changing these include files. 4. Integrate the free forum application from [login to view URL] (<[login to view URL]>). 5. The [login to view URL] design uses tabs across the top. The tabs for this site should read "Home", "Online Books", "Research", "Reference", "Forum" and "Store". These should link to the home page, the Online Books page, the Bible Research Prophecy (BPR) page, Reference Guide page, the new forum and the online store link. 6. The search box that is in the [login to view URL] design needs to use the free site search application from [login to view URL] (<[login to view URL]>). 7. In the [login to view URL] design, you will notice blue boxes on the right hand side that contain sponsored ads. We want to have these to use an include file too so that we can put Google Adwords and other types of ads there. There are over 3000 .htm files on the site that need to be converted. You will be given FTP access and I can zip all of the files for you to make for a quicker download. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE 4.0+, NS 4.0+, FireFox 1.0+ IIS 6.0
