Database Consolidation & Consultation

I have a church website, [[login to view URL]][1] that I run with three databases, one mySQL (phpbb), and two MS Access (Web Wizard Mailing List and evCal, an event/calendar db) on a Windows 2000 platform. I would like to consolidate and update all of the asp and php scripts to work with one mySQL db, so that there is only one username and password for each user throughout the site. There aren't very many existing users, approximately 250 mailing list entries and 20 users on the php bulletin board. I haven't yet implemented the event calendar. It may be just as easy to start from scratch or from an existing project that contains all of the above - bulletin board, mailing list and event/calendar list. I like the security/verification of the phpbb, that's why I've chosen to stick with it and dump the others into it. If you have a better solution, please advise. All scripts will be made available as well as an admin account on the host for you to do your magic. I also need basic architectural advice on another db for a separate site.
