Creation of dating community

We need a fully operational online exlusive community site with the looks and features of www.lovinglounge.com. Our concept will be equal to [login to view URL] and the focus will be on the dutch market. Language pack required (all languages) Features: - membership only by invitation, - Nightlive and events area - photos - videos - blogs - forum - Promoters and Night Clubs should be able to post events on the site - Affiliate program - Check [login to view URL] for all features. We are interested in service providers who have completed community sites, and we require visiting these sites to ensure that they work properly. We are interested in software packages (e.g. 'Ablespace' at [login to view URL]) but no precreated templates. We will require someone to help us through the process and make suggestions for a fully operational site. The following is a list of questions and further comments regarding our needs (please answer all and provide your profile including community sites you have completed): 1) How would we be able to communicate with you if we have questions or require changes to the site? 2) How long do you offer support/maintenance once the site is operational? 3) How do we integrate payment options into the site? We will need direction/assistance in incorporating a merchant account. 4) Would we be able to go in and make changes ourselves? We will request some training on simple tasks such as approving profiles, adding articles, etc... 5) Do you offer webmaster services as well? 6) Logo design needed 7) Unlimited revisions until we are satisfied with the project. 12) Money will be deposited in escrow, but it will not be released until we are satisfied with the project. This is not negotiable, so please don't ask. 13) Can you assist with copyright? 14) Please be realistic with the amount of time needed for such a project. 15) We will own all components of the website. You will retain no ownership. 16) We will want to run through the site on your server before transfer. 17) Profiles with photos and chat room will be components.
