Create a floating DIV that will align itself to the center of the browser window

I need a <DIV> that will float in the middle of the browser window until closed by the user.? This <DIV> must work in IE 7, Firefox 2, and Google Chrome.

It must center itself in the middle of the browser window, regardless of how wide or tall the window is, or if the window is resized.

This code must be usable in ASP.NET 3.5.
