Convert Simple ASP / MSSQL Web Application to PHP / mySQL

I have developed a membership script in ASP Vbscript which also uses MSSQL on SQL Server 2000. The existing membership script needs to be converted into PHP / mySQL so that it can easily be installed onto a Unix server. In a nutshell, the script enables webmasters to have a website where they provide content to people that pay a monthly subscription fee and this content is stored in a "members" directory which is protected by a login page. The existing ASP script consists of around a dozen pages all of which have simple SQL statements to the backend database. The code is has been programmed well and is commented so that it is easily understood and a talented PHP developer should have no trouble with this. Once it has been converted, there are additional features I would like but I will leave these for another project (and the successful coder here will get the opportunity for more work on an on-going basis) ASP files and MSSQL database will be provided to the successful bidder. Please let me know of relevant experience so I can make an educated decision as to why I should choose you. Your coding must be commented and indented and any variable names used should be recognisable and not cryptic! I am almost always near a computer so will be easily contactable. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) ASP files and MSSQL code and some stored procedures should all be converted to PHP / mySQL and MUST work on my Unix hosting account. (I have PHP and mySQL database on there) 5) Your coding MUST be commented, indented etc so it is easily understandable by anyone reading it. ## Platform Completed deliverables should work on most Unix servers and the mySQL database. It should NOT require the most up-to-date versions of PHP or mySQL because I want the script to be run on as many servers as possible.
