Content Search Script / blogger posting cpanel

I am looking to simplify my blogger blogging. What I need is a tool/script/cpanel that looks/searches (upon button activation), several websites (that I will provide) for specific information, and then present that information back to me in a blogger posting format (title, post body, link to content, picture/video link, keywords). The script must be able to post to my blogger site using my user/pass. Here's how it should work: 1. go to my password protected cpanel or program on my computer, activate and press "search for current content". 2. script finds and sends back "titles" of items found showing where found (url). 3. when I click on the link to see the found content, I am able to edit the title, post links, date, images, etc, and then press just one button to have that content uploaded to my blog. 4. The uploaded content then shows 'used' and the 'unused' will still be available for viewing. 5. The search will 'save' the search under the date found for 7 days or so then delete that link. 6. When I do a search, I want only NEW content. I am open to modifications, changes and additional features. I am flexible, but require all work to be completed before I pay. No escrow and no prepayment. Upon completion of the project, I will pay in full. When bidding please include details of how long it will take to complete, where you live (country) and how much experience you have. Also tell me if you are aware of a product already available that I could use with modifications. I will not respond to questions from March 16 to March 24th due to vacation. Please ask questions.
