Completion of C#.NET multi-threaded windows application

We built a desktop coupon program that allows end users to print coupons from their own computers. The coupon data is stored in SQL2005 on a central server and the app uses webservices to access the data. The functionality is complete, but the original programmer left us without finishing up a few details. Task #1. Problem: Currently our application freezes for 2 to 5 minutes when first launched. We believe this is because the app initially requests a large amount of coupon data in the form of datasets. The app seems to freeze until the datasets are downloaded. Possible solution: The app has a number of different coupon categories. If, as each category loads, it could spawn its own data request in a separate thread that runs behind the scenes it might be possible to have the app work without locking up, even as the data is downloading. Task #2. Add a "quick print" button to the coupon display screen. "add to print queue" button exists, but we would like a quick print button for users to immediately print the coupon . Task #3. Add category icons to the app. Icons provided Screen shot provided. Task #4. Add a server conf. setting to the app.config. Timeline is very short. Project will be awarded to expert coder who is available now. Big bonus given if completed ahead of timeline. We are available via phone, email, RAC or IM to assist. You will provide a VS. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
