Company Website with Database Driven Flash Design Studio

I have been trying to have a company website developed with a flash design studio similar to one used at <[login to view URL]> but with some changes as explained below. My clients products are slightly different to the ones used at designashirt and therefore an extra set of ‘Edit Style’ options are required as demonstrated at <[login to view URL]> The reason for the addition of ‘Edit Style’ options is that my client does not hold any stock. Products offered to user for customisation are Adobe Illustrator vector drawings (which I will convert them to layered SWFs for each area to be coloured, back and front). Once the base design is loaded into ‘design window’, the users are required to select the: -Fabric Material -Fabric Colours (from a set palette for the category that the product belongs) -Fabric Prints (if the customers prefers instead of above plain colours, from a set palette for the category that the product belongs) -Pockets (if it is available for that category of products) In order to start the custom design and ordering process. All other design changes and tools offered are the same as at designashirt, such as adding images/text and manipulating these (colouring, resizing, positioning, rotating, text styles, layer orders etc etc) Ordering process is again same as at designashirt: **Please read the attached document for the rest of the description as it is too long to post all on here.... ** If you require further info before bidding, please be specific to what further info you require, which I will be more than happy to provide straight away. Many thanks for your time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
