Combo Database/HTML site renovation

Please visit <[login to view URL]> Website will basically stay the same, mostly an HTML website but incorporating a database in certain parts of it. Firstly I want an easy for the most technically challenged way for me to quickly type out and send market updates, notices of new inventory being shown etc and have the ability to choose from a bank of photos we choose, and/or animations, and incuding a header from our website and being able to not have the header and just sending a plain market update or whatever. I want an extremely easy to use email/mail list that the emails are numbered and if possible not duplicate automatically ( if possible). I'm open to suggestions on this but bear in mind it must be extremely easy for me to use. As easy as it is for me to send posts on my yahoo group and maintain a list as easy as a yahoo group list. The emails would also have an unsubscibe feature that when a prospect unsubscibes they would get a neat feature that confirms their unsubsciption ( and subsciption when they sign up) Any kind of helpful tool in marketing this newsletter would also be appreciated. Perhaps a spam blocker whereas a prospect must manually type in a code ( as in certain newsletters or groups, when you see an instruction that says type in the code you see here) to prevent spam. Coins for sale redesigned and one that will allow a password protected customer to upload his coins into a section which will allow my webmaster to approve the images and descriptions before they appear on the website. Want a "send this coin to a friend" option for the shopper. I am open to suggestions.
