Clone and redesign of existing site

Hi, need a clone of a site in german language. Will advise URL in PM. I do NOT want you to programm from scratch but only to clone it including admin part. Site should have same 1:1 functionalities but different layout. Site should look really professional with flash header and i need here the real experts - not the young amateur. Due to copyright issues layout must be slightly different. budget will be around $700 payment will be done when live on my server.
