Clean Casting

I basically need a web site that people can video conference each other through. A client on one side and the customers on the other. Customers wait in a cue to talk with the client until their name is at the top of the list. The client can view the customers information while they wait in the cue. ## Deliverables I'm basically looking for something simple, I know video conference isn't easy but like I said above I'm looking for a site where clients can talk to potential customers online. The customers can upload there resume, picture and possibly a video of their previous work so the client can see it while the customer is waiting in line with other potential customers. Every "customer" belongs to an agency and it's the agency that will submit the customer to the client. Only the customers that the client is interested in seeing will have an opportunity to log on and interview in front of the client.
