CLONE jaxtr design/functionality

I want a clone of [[login to view URL]][1] . That is I want a website designed same as that of jaxtr with different logo and colours for obvious reasons. If you become a member of this site and goto <[login to view URL]> I would like the the ability to add to the list on the left present on the above page. The section add us to your friends on should also allow me to add various facilities. The target market is NZ/AUS therefore various services will be included which will be different to jaxtr.com. PLEASE NOTE that this bid is not to develop the calling software. This is only for design and providing other functionalities of jaxtr on this new site. Althought coders who can develop the VOIP software like jaxtr should specify their bid amounts specifying what the bid incluides. Lastly, I would select the coder who lists the complete fucntionality of jaxtr website and provides me the check list of features that they can replicate from the jaxtr. This would ensure that you have put in the effort and are capable of producing this work. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
