Bulk Emai Software

We need a Bulk Email software which has similat features to ListServ Maestro. I.e.: 1. Receive recipients list from a database. 2. Send a customized and personalized email to each of the users. (for instance having each name addressing the person's name: "Dear John") 3. Ability to handle email sending of up to 50,000 emails per hour. 4. Web interface that shows the delivery status. 5. Handling of bounced emails. 6. Sending mails directly and not through an SMTP server. Some other minor featuers. (for an idea, take a look at the ListServ featuers list) Project can use ready-made software components, if they do not cost much and are known and reliable. We prefer having it developed under the Windows environment, but if you are a Linux guru - that will work too. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Linux.
