Build solution file from fragements, ready to rebuild, as much change to source as possible

THIS PROJECT REQUIRES EXPERT LEVEL C# /.NET I have twelve small applications in total. The largest of which is 4000 k (this is the only one near this high), however a majority (more than 1/2) are less than 100 K (these are SharePoint web parts). I also have a tool that will create the classes off the dll back to either C# or MSIL. The project will consist of delivering a complete project file (including solution files, ready to be modified) out of these .dlls. The tool included is very easy to use (less than three clicks to get whatever you need). The developer will need to have Visual Studio .NET installed. These webparts require the developer to have windows sharepoint services installed or the template for webpart development from Microsoft. SharePoint knowledge helpful, however not nessesary. These files will be rebuilt and tested during the duration of the project and verified for validity. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) If the project is not done at specified delivery date, the coder will forfiet the project and return all funds to the buyer. ## Platform .NET, C#, SharePoint
