Build Basic EC2 Web Instance

If this goes well - it will lead to more fun work :-)

Build a simple server instance on EC2. Walk me through the process. Starting with e.g. a Fedora AMI.

1) Functional requirements - Server instance should:

- Serve HTTP via Apache

- Dynamic content should be generated from PHP or Python

- Pull records from SimpleDB

- Serve files from S3

2) Demonstrate how to build the local dev environment and how to upload

Extra credit (=extra $$) for:

- Showing ASP.NET content rendered from e.g. mono-project

## Deliverables

Please advise on how to share my AWS account or just walk me through until it works on my account.

If we do not share my account, then the deliverable will be a list of steps to create the correct AMI, upload the content and run, along with troubleshooting.
