Betdaq web screen scrape project

I need an efficient way to screen scrape the horse racing odds from [url removed, login to view] and get them into excel. The solution should be fast and stable and it should run on a server with windows 2003 standard edition. The solution should consist of two independent parts: 1. Receive the race track name and time of the race as input from an excel workbook and give back the market id number of the win market corresponding to this race. 2. Receive the market id number as input, and scrape the odds on [url removed, login to view] and give these back in a format that can be used in excel. (For some reason the excel webquery does not seem to work on this webpage) My proposed solution is a webpage that is accessed through the excel webquery, scrapes betdaq using javascript or asp, and outputs a table with the odds. If you have a different solution I will consider that as well. It is important that the solution is fast and stable: it will be called from excel about once each second and it should be able to work without interfering with other scripts that are running in the excel workbook.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition to be used with excel 2007 on a server with Windows 2003 standard edition as operating system.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
