Archiving & mailing system

hi all This application should be on ASP.NET with Oracle DATABASE I need a program that help me seninding an mails in a intranet for my partners it should have also a levels of people and groups i can customise this projact as i want for example if i am the top manager i can send to any one under me lets say that they are submeted as groups Genaral Manager HR Manager IT manager Accounting Manager HR Employees IT Employees Accounting Employees i can customize it as i like and i can send give every group the autherty to send to any group or remove it i would like to regester employees by there e-mail so any messege arrives in this system can be receved by his e-mail. this massegeing system should be in ASP.NET plus i can redirect any messege i ned TO: CC: BCC: and Subject: fileds.
